Do listed dimensions mean stock availability?
No. Reference dimensions do not represent stock. Material/dimension combinations, price, minimum quantity and delivery arrangements require confirmation.
Does opening a contact channel send the enquiry?
WhatsApp and Email open drafts for the customer to send. For Zalo, copy the text and open the contact. Nothing is sent automatically; no order or payment is confirmed.
Which documents can be requested?
Specify document type, contents, traceability and inspections at enquiry stage. Availability is product-specific; the same package is not automatic for every order.
How is the minimum order quantity confirmed?
Send the product, grade, dimensions, desired quantity and unit. MOQ depends on sourcing, dimensions, processing and packing; it applies only when confirmed in the quotation or order. No fixed MOQ is published.
How is lead time confirmed?
Confirm technical requirements, actual sourcing status, processing, inspection, documents and transport. State the starting milestone, estimated timing and delivery terms in the quotation/order; no fixed number of days is promised online.
How can Vietnamese customers purchase?
Send requirements in Vietnamese via WhatsApp, Zalo or Email, with dimensions, quantity, application and desired delivery location. Confirm technical needs, quotation, contracting parties, documents, payment and delivery before placing the order.
Can shipment from China and Vietnam import coordination be discussed?
Customers may request assessment of China sourcing/shipment and local procurement coordination in Vietnam. Feasibility depends on the order, route, trade terms, importer, taxes/charges and customs responsibilities; KYS is not automatically the importer and this service is not included in every order.
How are payment arrangements confirmed?
Agree method, currency, payment milestones, charges and recipient details in a formal quotation, contract or order. The website provides no default payment terms or bank account and accepts no online payment.
