KYS TITANIUM offers Gr2 and Gr5 titanium and titanium alloy bars and rods. Diameter, length, material condition, surface quality and dimensional tolerances are confirmed against customer drawings and machining requirements. Corrosion resistance and a high strength-to-weight ratio support use in chemical equipment, mechanical parts, fasteners and precision machining. Materials for special medical applications require separate confirmation of the appropriate grade, standard and quality documentation.

Ordinary Gr5 has different material requirements from Gr23 / Gr5 ELI. Where ASTM F136 or a special application is specified, the grade, composition, properties, condition and quality documentation must be verified separately; ordinary Gr5 is not a substitute.
