KYS TITANIUM offers industrial titanium anodes and related electrodes, with Gr1 and Gr2 commercially pure titanium as common reference substrates. Suitable titanium substrate construction, anode dimensions, surface coatings and connections are selected against electrochemical process requirements. Depending on operating conditions, coating options may be assessed using ruthenium–iridium or iridium–tantalum MMO systems, or a suitable platinum coating, primarily for electroplating, water treatment and related electrochemical applications. The actual coating, current density and service life require confirmation for the process conditions.
